Was it my fault??

Today, I had a little problem.
This problem was a bit stressful.
Someone called my office, and he said that "I want to talk Dai. I'm work with XXX company, it's your partner company". Dai, he is my team leader, had already gone home. So I told him his absence. After that, he asked me to get Dai's company mobile phone #. But I couldn't tell him that.
Because of my company's compliance don't allow to tell it someone who isn't our partner. So I said I couldn't do that. He was very angry. He kept wanting to get Dai's phone #. So I propose to call him back, but he denied it. I was really at a complete loss. I hold the line and had a talk with my team member for about five minutes. During I had a talk with them, he hang up the phone...
It was a bit stressful problem... I was a little bit tired of that...

Training for workers.

I had 2 days training that my company held.
I enjoyed this programme. This programme is developed by IMPACT(Japan)Ltd.
I've never experienced a programme like this. Before I joined this, I had had a programme that learners sit in the classroom and instructor teach one way. But this programme is differenet. Learner act on the outside and instructor only hand instructions without a instruction by word of mouth. Learners(We) solve instructions with team consist of 5- 18 members.

I was impressed this programme because it is enough difficult to use our brain and body.

We staied at Radisson Hotel Narita Airport. This hotel is owned by North West Airlines.

English Rules
If I pronounce 84,803 , I say eighty-four thousand , eight hundred and three.
I have to say "and" after "hundred". In British English I have to say so, but in American English I don't need to say "and" after "hundred".

If I pronouce 1,003, I say one thousand and three. If the number don't have hundred's digit, I have to say "and".

Japanese culture
-Ochu-gen
Japanese people give ochugen gifts to their bosses.
It's because they thank their boss for everyday's work. (this is my idea)
It's because they give ochugen gifts for their promotion. (this is my instructor's idea)

-Setsu-bun
Japanese people throw beans around on February 3rd.
It's because they want to get rid of the devil (or demons).
- I can't say that they want to get off the devil. ("get off" isn't the word means force to going out.)

getting the wrong idea ??

Do you know "mihimaru GT"?? mihimaru GT is unit which consist of 2 person (hiroko and miyake ) . I like their song, my favorite song is "気分上々↑↑". I've heard this song in a CM which is hair coloring meterial ("Palty" from DARIYA Corporation) . When I saw this CM, I thought that a girl is not hiroko. I thought she is Mari Yaguchi from ex-Morining Musume. What do you think this get tingthe wrong idea??

honey and clover

Have you seen a Japanese comic "Honey and Clover" (Hachimitsu to Clover , in Japanese).
This is my favorite comics. Now this comic is broadcasted from Fuji TV as animation.
I like this comics because this comic is written by very kind touch. And it has some joke with happy pictures. But (I have already read comic just issued) , it is too sad story...
I recommended to read this comic first, because animation version of it is couldn't describe real good point of this comic.
I have not seen this comic of cinema version. I want to see it soon.
